Please read these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") carefully. By registering an account, logging in, or using any service provided by mbi7 (operated at mbi7.one), you agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not access or use the mbi7 platform.

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player") and mbi7.one ("mbi7", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing mbi7 or any of its subpages — including the casino, sportsbook, slots, esports betting, and live game sections — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and all documents incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules published on the platform.

These Terms apply to all users regardless of jurisdiction, device, or access method. Where any conflict exists between these Terms and game-specific rules, game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of the game in question.

2 Eligibility

To create and use an mbi7 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You are at least 21 years of age. mbi7 strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 on all accounts. Registration by persons under 21 is prohibited, and mbi7 reserves the right to verify age at any time.
• You are accessing the platform as an individual, in your own name, for personal entertainment purposes only.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by applicable law, and you bear sole responsibility for determining the legality of online gaming in your location.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or immediate family member of mbi7 or any of its affiliated game providers or technology partners.
• You have not previously been self-excluded or permanently banned from mbi7 or any affiliated platform.

mbi7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point and to suspend accounts pending verification. Providing false eligibility information is grounds for immediate permanent account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

3 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) mbi7 account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in all duplicate accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and phone number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information. You must notify mbi7 immediately if any of your registered details change.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mbi7 login credentials. mbi7 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account due to your failure to keep credentials secure. You must not share your login details with any third party under any circumstances.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on mbi7 are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Supported deposit and withdrawal methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit is MYR 30. Minimum withdrawal thresholds vary by method and are displayed on the cashier screen at the time of transaction.

mbi7 processes withdrawals to the same method used for the corresponding deposit where technically possible (a "return to source" policy). Withdrawals may be subject to identity verification, particularly for first-time withdrawals, large amounts, or where fraud indicators are present. mbi7 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal.

All funds deposited to mbi7 are held in player funds accounts separate from operational funds. mbi7 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits or withdrawals; however, your payment provider may apply independent charges for which mbi7 bears no responsibility.

5 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on mbi7 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to the relevant product (sportsbook, live casino, slots, esports, or live game). These rules are available within the relevant game or section of the platform and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

mbi7 reserves the right to void any bet where:

• The bet was placed in error due to a manifest pricing error or technical fault;
• There is reasonable evidence that the outcome was known prior to placing the bet;
• The bet was placed using funds obtained through bonus abuse, fraudulent means, or money laundering;
• The relevant event was cancelled, postponed, or abandoned in accordance with applicable game rules.

mbi7's decisions regarding the settlement and voiding of bets are final. All in-game results from certified game providers are accepted as conclusive and cannot be disputed on the basis of an alleged technical error unless mbi7 independently confirms that a provider-side error occurred.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

mbi7 offers promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific wagering requirements, time limits, eligible games, and minimum odds conditions stated in the individual promotion terms.

Unless otherwise stated in a promotion's specific terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all mbi7 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted;
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk hedging, arbitrage across bonus and real-money balances, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings;
• mbi7 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Players may opt out of bonus participation at any time by contacting customer support before a bonus is credited.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on mbi7 and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity;
• Attempting to access, modify, or interfere with the platform's software, data, or underlying infrastructure;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in live poker or live dealer game contexts;
• Chargebacks or payment disputes raised in bad faith against legitimate mbi7 transactions;
• Creating or using multiple accounts to circumvent betting limits, bonus eligibility restrictions, or self-exclusion measures.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the mbi7 platform — including but not limited to the mbi7 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, software, game interfaces, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of mbi7 or its licensed content providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform solely for personal gaming purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any mbi7 content without prior written authorisation. Unauthorised use of mbi7 intellectual property constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal proceedings.

9 Limitation of Liability

mbi7 provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mbi7 disclaims all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted access, and freedom from errors or viruses.

mbi7 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) unauthorised access to your account; (c) any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the platform; (d) the conduct of third-party game providers. In all cases, mbi7's maximum aggregate liability shall not exceed the net deposits made by you in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data

mbi7 collects, uses, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. By agreeing to these Terms, you also consent to the data processing practices described in the Privacy Policy. mbi7 will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

11 Responsible Gaming

mbi7 is committed to responsible gaming. All accounts include access to the following player protection tools, available directly from your account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Increases to limits take effect after a 24-hour cooling period; decreases are immediate.
• Session Time Limits: Receive an alert after a specified period of continuous play and optionally be logged out automatically.
• Self-Exclusion: Exclude yourself from mbi7 for a period of 1 month, 3 months, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Permanent self-exclusion cannot be reversed.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend your account for 24 hours, 48 hours, or 7 days without going through full self-exclusion.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

mbi7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion where:

• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, or any prohibited activity;
• You have provided false or misleading registration information;
• Your account is used in breach of any provision of these Terms;
• We are required to do so by a competent authority, regulator, or court order;
• You are in a jurisdiction where continued service would breach applicable law.

Upon termination for cause, mbi7 may withhold some or all of your account balance pending investigation. Balances in accounts closed without cause will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations under which mbi7 operates. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mbi7's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the applicable regulatory body or to binding arbitration, as determined by mbi7's licensing jurisdiction.

14 Amendments

mbi7 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via a notice on the platform or by email to your registered address at least seven (7) days before taking effect, except where changes are required by law or regulatory direction, in which case they may take immediate effect. Your continued use of mbi7 following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
